1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, VORA® may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to respond, the package may be returned to us.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

VORA® offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

7. Prepaid Orders

Customers who choose prepaid payment may enjoy exclusive promotional offers, including discounts announced by VORA® from time to time.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, VORA® is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
