1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product seal was broken before delivery.
You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened products
Used products
Products with damaged seals after delivery
Orders returned due to a change of mind
Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless received damaged)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment used.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

4. Exchange Policy

We will gladly replace your product if:

You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged.
The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), VORA® will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
